Regarding lines. The first 5 is a joke. There are NO fast and accurate checkouts. The are very FEW clean neat and straight clubs. Conditions are horrible and I see many clubs throughout the year. Thought came to me the other day in seeing lines about 10 deep, with only 2 registers open. Self checkout was almost empty, with some straggler members. Our members dont want self checkout. Scan and Go either. Here is the rub. Why not give an incentive to Scan and Go. Use scan and go and receive 2% (lol) in Credit. Like a rolling balance of your Scan and Go account. This may intice members to use it more. Hell, make it 5%. When I was in Emerald City some months ago, the upper steel in this club was EMPTY. Why not in other buildings. We actually have enough labor to do our jobs efficiently, BUT given the EXTREME amount of freight we receive, sometimes 3 weeks supply or more on hand, this "clogs the productivity pipes" and also frustrates associates. If they can dial in replenishment, most issues would be cured...

From what I’ve heard they are cutting 2 managers 1 fresh manager to be eliminated and 1 member Specialty manager.

First of all, it'll be more than just 1 manager gone.
Second, floor robots will be coming to more Walmart locations. Sam's is not in this yet.
Third, scan and go, and self checkout
will be pushed more like it has (duh).
Try "revealing" something more accurate. Lately you've only shown what brains you DON'T have.

Yeah I don't see that happening at our Sam's but if it does oh well. Come Feb 1st if I don't get a raise and I don't mean a 2 Percent raise I am leaving anyways. They are not getting another ur of my life and me going no where. I am truly over Sam's club and Walmart
