Now is the time to make a move to another company. Right now people are finding it easier to move because companies have fewer choices. I know someone in management who went to a single company, passed through all levels of interviews quickly and is now leaving the company at the end of the month. It was amazingly easy.
This is the time to look around, you may find it easier to move on than you think.
