Get rid of Macy’s leaders. Suffocating the business with numbers only mentality. Need fresh thinking fast.
He’s pointing to one question in the survey. How else are we supposed to respond to that question? “No I don’t want people to have better health.” Give us more hours so we can invest in the care we want to provide the customer and store managers can actually be more involved with the pharmacy...without being afraid to loose are jobs by not getting tasks done.
