Does anyone have any experience filling this out?
I believe three of my managers and a rep have been committing time card fraud. I have little to no evidence, but it would easy to prove (if they investigated), right?

There’s a website for compliance too where u can submit a form anonymously (I’d be connected to a VPN while filling it out too haha)
Me too. Over $10k last year in OT. Who cares. Milk that $hit.
The compliance hotline isn't there the help. They're there to protect the company. The culture has been shady company wide for 8 years now.
umm yes super easy to prove. Just call the complience hotline. Remain annon and they can figure it out easily if they want. All they have to do is compare cameras to punches and also even edits on the time cards
