Let’s keep it clean. Double D sure needs to change something before the mass exodus happens. Seems like since he started pushing for this overtime cut he also force fed a “mandatory” lunch break in there. I can’t seem to find anything about it in the Employee handbook and it’s definitely not state nor federal law. It will be all good when we get laid off or fired then we can all go back and see if we ever spent 30 minutes not working. I think it’s just a ploy to get 30 free minutes out of you guys. Word is there is already an attorney involved.

Now we sold our generators to another company so we can rent them back? How does that work in the long run?

Since Double D has so much free time, he tracks where everyone is at at 7 am. Maybe he should have been tracking LOE instead. Morale has never been lower. There is so much more. Someone get Carrillo down here to fix this clown!

I hear double dog is contemplating investing in micro chip trackers to be implanted in the employees skin so he can keep track of everyone at all times. On a serious note, there is a real obsession here, double dog is keeping track of bathroom breaks now (really DD) and where people spend their time outside of work. This place is a prison, with a Warden. Better start keeping tabs on that rising LOE and CAPEX, just saying.

I’ve been on this site for years, based on my observation and things written here www.thelayoff.com/h/censor this the best advice I can give.
Don’t post data that can identify an individual (names or other PII, too much data by which someone can be identified).
Avoid using f-words and personal insults, don’t slander (pick your words and don't target the person, but his actions).

HR is not worthless. They will push this culture stuff to the herd for a six figure salary till the boat sinks. The only draw back is the ladies in HR are aged out and look bad. Moo

Because double D is friends with DL and the higher up HR don’t mess with people like that. You should know that. He does what he wants. CHK HR is worthless anyway.

And there is a lawyer involved. Saving and printing emails and carry a voice recorder pays off. :) another person down there did the same they fired him in December of last year and got a real nice settlement. Using the law group he used :)

A lease op 2 will make 35 to 38 an hour in west Texas southeast nm. Lease op 3 38 to 47 per hour. Production foreman’s a minimum of a 125 starting out at the least!!!!

Honestly, all you guys hanging around putting up with that are scared. West Texas is booming. Money to be made. If you don’t like it, leave. DD isn’t interested in experienced operators. Just wants entry level monkeys that he can crack the whip on. Leaving south TX was the best decision I made.

Don't check layoffs.com while you are goofing off. You don't want to get cut when everything is for sale as there is a chance for a rescue.
