What is changing about commission next year?

No commission changes. Just higher quotas. I work in the commissions dept.
I guess it's going off of gotta traffic rather than yoy. Yoy isnt a business model for less traffic hence door swings will be the new equalizer
What COMMISION....3/4 of my store just hit a paycheck today.....company is doing this on purpose.
