Had meetings today about the upcoming changes in fresh did anyone else had meetings? What do you thing about the changes

Heard after gwp rolls out they are cutting the hours in fresh by 400
They said that there will no longer be a production, serve or availability there will be bakery/deli and produce/meat. If you are serve academy trainer then you would be part of the bakery and deli team. The pay of team associate would go up to $12 per hour.
what did they tell you?? They told us we wont be changing in the first quarter at our str.
