Contact your Conressional Rep about passing H.R. 1230 to protect against Age Discrimination as the population ages and its worker are being forced out due to age in record numbers.
We’re not old if we still have little kids to raise and 20 years left in the workforce. Hope this ageism stuff actually takes off and people start winning these lawsuits.
Most of the ageism especially in an organization that has a lot of professional engineering staffis related to how expensive that staff becomes over time.
Divide & Conquer. Let the pawns fight among themselves while we cloud people view from the stands amazed at their stupidity.
we are taking AT&T people.. and technology driven companies for sure
Hard to argue that old people are being discriminated against when it's a statistical fact that old people have the best jobs with the most pay. Also old people get social security and medicare and have the most political clout. They even have their own organization, AARP. Peoples wealth goes up by age, and the wealthiest group are 90+. Thanks for playing.
