Does anyone have any information regarding the layoff status in ATO? The last thing I heard was in December from a town hall and I haven't heard anything since and it's already mid-January.
Another rumor I'm hearing is that there will be layoffs at the manager level (L3s and above?) coming.

"Is ATO done for this round or is that still TBD."
I think you are getting way ahead of yourself to sound the all clear. It's only 8 business days into the month. Just give it time, you will hear more by the end of the month.
"I'm in ATO and we had a few MVO takers. Word is they will be posting jobs to fill the vacancies. This place is just a mess. How do you layoff employees (about 6 in 2019) and then post job openings a year later?"
You just said they retired voluntarily. The person retired, the job wasn't retired. It wasn't a layoff, they retired. Do you not backfill when people retire? Regardless, the point of the MVO is it takes more expensive workers off the rolls, and ultimately replaces them with cheaper workers that gets less benefits.
Some orgs (BMO) announced Forced surplus on Friday. ATO - nothing heard except some posts on this board. Is ATO done for this round or is that still TBD.

I am hearing a couple of different "rumors" regarding percentages of FMP's. Typically it has been between 10% & 15% depending on how many people took the MVO. But I am also hearing from some management that the layoffs coming will be as high as 20%. McElfresh said in his town hall that the layoffs are not going away. They are looking at the wall street numbers rather than the business itself.
As mentioned, there are re-orgs still happening. I received an email last week of some organizational changes, not mine but some others.
I heard from my mgr that org changes are still happening may continue for the next 60 days and that point he expects cuts.
