Not surprised Randy’s billing and customer service is the lowest of the lows. I guess she didn’t golf at Palm Springs wink wink.

I'd venture to say Frontier has worse customer service

Classic episode then yes, but now would be considered racist most likely.

We have the worst entry level customer service in the industry. So bad that I stopped telling people I worked for AT&T and hid my badge when going out at lunch.

In our yearly company reviews that we are first to take, the top issue I list is how bad our customer service is. Thankfully we at least have the internal escalation team /process that has solved issues my family and a few friends have faced.

No surprise there. Our Direct TV customer service is horrible. They really do not have a clue. I had a ticket issued on one issue and for a year, received monthly emails that they were still looking into my issue. Luckily for me, I had already fixed it.

I'll bet AT&T is scrambling to contain this. High profile bad news.
