First they cut the employees than they cut the formen since there will be less people to manage. Than they will restructure all the jobs including management. All while storing locomotives to save fuel and repair (less locomotives means less mechanical employees) They will make trains longer and make you work more with less. Thats what they did with us. Its going to happen just you wait and see. If you are in the bottom get your resume ready. If your in the middle you may be ok but will it be worth it to stay and having to start over with seniority? Youll be in the bottom for years....good luck youll need it.

Nothing until the grass starts growing again. I would say they will be back to work in April! 🚜
