Would there be a Mid year bonus this year in Q2?

They will announce right after earnings announcement. As I said earlier. if it wasn't for the fact that many other hi tech companies are exceeding goals and doing well, they might want to find an excuse to not payout at all, but that would only take border line morale and totally k–l it, and they cant afford that. It would hardly play with being the "#1 company to work for". I think they have no choice but to fund it, but no one says it has to be in full. I dont think it will be. But its the kind of thing to dangle - meet numbers - we pay you in full in October. Again, I think this is sad.
When do they announce the mid year bonus is funded?
Is the assumption that the LR is April 1st after mid year bonus payout?
My take - many other companies are doing very well, and it could make a tough situation with morale even worse. I believe that that yes - there will be a bonus - but reduced, perhaps half of what the advance normally is. And - potential risk of an LR on top of that to keep the street happy. Not perfect, and certainly not pretty, but a good summation of what I think happens here. Sad.
Does nobody else find it weird that a band comes to play a concert for the ELT and it is supposed to be exciting for random people in RTP and elsewhere?
We'll most likely be treated to some band on the Beat instead.
