New process is if you don’t got your numbers, in our case commissions. You get put into the corrective action processs or PIP. So either hit your numbers or go find a job more suitable for your talents

We just hired a guy from a VZW reseller. The guy was hired part time to replace 1 rep leaving and 2 more this month. We will be so short staffed that there is no way even with less upgrade volume" compared to the reps leaving I can't believe this guy has been in wireless sales. This what Verizon wants. The numbers will reflect this. Also, there is an aggressive PIP process in place targeted at solution specialist s and the new commission structure should produce the high turnover .

If this guy made $300 a month in commission feon Tmobile he was at the slowest COR store I have ever heard of a TPR store that had quotas. Either way he doesn't sound like the heat sales person. Good luck to him.

Our district recently hired a guy that worked for T-Mobile last year. He was making 28k salary and averaging 300 a month in commission. He started at 32k with us and even if he makes 1k a month in commish he’s doing a whole lot better then TMO. His expectation level is not making 3-4 k checks. This is what Verizon wants going forward. Out with the old in with the new.

With the new PIP process in place and the new quota and commission structure combined with the front line employees moral and who's left. 2020 should begin the turnover rate being astronomical and the beginning of hiring only part timers in stores. Good luck , one other thing Store Management will have to start a continuous interview and hiring process so they cant continue to do nothing for long.

One prob not true
Two if true prob because you have 1/3 the reps from last year because they cant find anyone willing to do our jobs
