Can anyone tell me the pay level for academy facilitator 1? I can't seem to find a direct answer anywhere.

The academy facilitators read from an iPad. Most of the time they have no idea what they are covering.

It’s the same as an assistant manager
It’s a pay band 3 and assistant is a pay band 2
