Once you dig the footers away from the company things seem to come down very quickly, they think the fall off was bad the last two years it will crumble once they implement rash agency changes. Don’t have to worry about being in the top 5 we could fall out of the top ten with the horrible claims and underwriting services we have in place today. Policyholders really don’t like going thru a phone tree asking if you would like to take survey more than twice then holding for 15-30 to get a rude claim rep on the line. Better yet call our roadside assistance and having to wait 2hours for someone to show up and the person that shows up usually is a total train wreck. Probably a good idea using that Canadian company to handle what a total FU
State Farm and these acronyms......lol......T.A.R.D.S......it sounds just like .....H.O.R. (Honesty, Ownership, Respect) which the executives demand the employees to have but they don’t practice what they preach.
