Hey South FL SCM’s did Humana mention why they were laying you off in January? Are they getting rid of post discharge case management all Together? It seems like Humana is only going to keep chronic disease management CM which is done by HAH because it is mandated. Just wondering if we are all going to be laid off in Jan.

They need to lay-off the nurse care managers at Landmark Health 3455 Mill Run Hilliard Ohio 43026; that know nothing about complex case management and none at Hilliard Ohio office have CCM certification. None of these nurses have acute care or critical care experience. They come from home health, dialysis and nursing homes. Only 1 has a BSN and she bullies the older lady who has no clue about computers or care planning. One nurse can’t use a computer proficient enough but makes $80,000 salary with the lie of having a Masters of Arts in Nursing! No such thing exist lol. It’s MSN right? This market hires friends and directly supervises them as well as players in the salary offered to their referrals.

They don’t have to keep either. What they can and will do,is have CM or DM contracted out to another company ,like Navi health.
