Devining "meaning" from the daily fluctuations of a stock is a fool's errand

“Lol.... sorry but the way debt is declining and what the analyst failed to mention 5G and HBO Now turning up...”

Lol sorry but that’s what they explicitly mentioned. Go away stank.

Randall and John Stinky has been taking the T to the wrong direction while enrich themselves with bonuses. T is now loaded with debts. Most of its revenue is to pay for the interests of the debts.

Lol.... sorry but the way debt is declining and what the analyst failed to mention 5G and HBO Now turning up...any decline provides a discounted buy in. The underlying metrics are extremely strong

You don’t have to wait to rollover.. I’ve been doing it every few months.

@dlp, in T's case, one should not invest a penny more than 0%.

@kqf - you really need to ask? This company has no future. It is up to its eyeballs in debt with nothing to show for it, bleeding customers left and right, and lead by management who are clueless and incompetent.

The stock price rise was caused by irrational exuberance over Eliott riding in like a white knight and saving this company. That ain't gonna happen - Eliott are just as big of scumbags as T's current management.

Why is stock taking such a hit the past few days? What am I missing?

Well, I went in at $30 so I'm not sweating it, yet. But Elliott must be getting closer to break-even or below. That isn't going to sit well with them. That's the thing about the stock ─ there is someone in there actively trying to boost the stock. And Blackrock is a major investor too.

@127NFlLC-hog I sure hope you do! The Fidelity advisors only recommend a max of 5% in a single stock or a fund investing in a single stock.

Flirting with a 7% loss in less than 24 hours. Kiss your bonus goodbye for next March

Investing in the stock of this company is about as risky and poor of a choice as choosing to try to make a career of this place. This company has become totally toxic. Randall, you have created a complete mess of this once great American company.

I’m rolling over all my company stock each year, take the company match then sell to mitigate exposure
