Agree completely - it's dying due to poor leadership
Employees that are beaten until morale improves
The MVO is not a great deal, but is better than being outsourced
Techs need to think, could the T sell,or outsource installations to NCR, or another company
Then all thenUnion benefits, rules and safety net are gone
Think about if that is possible, T offloading all to an outsourcing company
Same as developers being sent to tech mahindra, same as being outsourced to Accenture
The union has no bite - lost its last chance on the strike
T has no problem promising something they will not deliver
Stop crying and leave if it's that bad for you.
