When he closed all hands call he said “50 of our team members will be selected to join mobile and acquire. Where does that leave the other 400 CSE???

Pardon my ignorance but how in the world is AT&T going to be able to handle the select account space clients without us?? (I’m a CSE III in NYC) I was thrown off with Randall comment that 50 of our select sellers will be chosen for this new organization? Surely this new retention and growth group will not take all our clients leaving us surplussed right? Makes no sense

Ouuuuuu mobility only sounds important and something for relatives cough cough I mean top performers. Right there shows you everything that is wrong with company. I bet only good guys are on the team. Same old same old.
The are creating a Mobility only team. 50 people that you work with now will all find out they are a part of a mobility only team. We just did this in Regional and it is doing well. Mobility is back in the driving seat for business. If you don’t know Mobility you better learn it quick. Hang out with some of us on the BIR team.
