Pay-wise, NO ONE should be working at Oracle. There have been complaints on here about managers having to hire employees making more money than them.

Pay In general is an issue. No raises in years- people paid all over the place and UNDER salary bands. Tenured Managers making MUCH less than new inexperienced hires, not to mention management meetings on how to tell your employees if they want more pay or a promotion they should consider leaving O..... and let’s not even talk about gender pay inequalities.

@1215RJ0w-wty On top of this, even if they claim "equal pay for equal work" new employees get payed more than the existing ones for the same jobs since they never give raises. So more reasons to not disclose that info

Yeah, O already has a lot of lawsuits of women and minorities getting payed less than their white male counterparts for the same positions. I guess they don't want any more so they'll keep it a secret...
