While every other AT&T building around the country looks like it’s been abandoned for 30 years and smells like an old musty basement.
It's also a drop in the bucket compared to what T / WarnerMedia spent to secure streaming rights for The Big Bang Theory.
"AT&T's (NYSE:T) WarnerMedia, which holds the cable syndication rights to The Big Bang Theory via its subsidiary TBS, recently secured the exclusive domestic streaming rights to the hit comedy. The five-year streaming deal, which includes a renewal of TBS' cable syndication rights through 2028, is reportedly worth over $1 billion."
The irony is most of the people in Dallas live in the suburbs and start looking for a better job if they get ordered to work in downtown Dallas. The commute s—s and there are no good schools nearby. Nearby housing is expensive. If they really wanted to retain employees they would invest in the suburbs.
They’re making the investment there cause the young ones don’t mind living there and that’s what randy wants.
Relocating employees is very different from Hiring New employees. The renovations are not free.

article is from Jan 2017 - did these plans ever get delivered?
How can this possibly be a slap in the face? It shows T is hiring more in Dallas than elsewhere, so quit playing victim and look into moving where the jobs are. Simple as that.
This would seem to suggest that they are going to locate more employees in Dallas.
What a slap in our face.
It's the Executive Wing and Satellite Office.
