There is no seriousness anywhere in OCI, only power struggle and politics.

You clearly don't work for them. They betray the people they work with, they deliberately lowered the score of OCI classic folks in the performance reviews just to get rid of them. They have no direction of what they are doing which leads to internal fights and projects that don't go anywhere. OCI is a very disruptive force in O, and thus disliked by other non-cloud departments.

I think most people have simply made the unemotional, factual observation that OCI management are grotesquely overpaid and have accomplished absolutely nothing. Talk about flushing hundreds of millions down the drain.

No one hates OCI management. But OCI will be going down the tubes, just like everything else at Oracle. Half-a– effort followed by cost-cutting. Destroys everything, every time.
