Lots of layoffs at corporate and FSS. I guess when sales keep declining, and promotions are given to senior leadership they need to layoff lower level staff to maximize senior staff bonuses. There is no safety at Follett. Sales have declined 5% or more for the last ten years. Lower level staff cuts to match expense to sales. As sales keep declining, employee cuts will continue.
