How many people and which dept in NJ were affected?

I heard the analysis of who/what should be downsized is being done by a group outside the impacted area.. It is above and beyond what the group would do for the current year. Once the provide the data the projects are pu5 into action to train and move out. A little like a cattle run. Short term risk is addressed, long term risk is someone else’s problem.
I hear more to come on the 15th. Also, curious which teams.
