I had a member a few weeks ago ask why I wouldn’t be calling her next year... of course I had no clue about a letter being sent nor did she say she got a letter. She just said she “heard” Humana wasn’t going to be calling her. Now it makes you wonder.

It wouldn't surprise me if we're canned. The 24/7 nurse line is going away in January. They talk and talk about roi on members is not high enough, yet they spend hundreds of thousands of dollars flying leadership into Orlando for their posh leadership get together this week. Just leaves me smh.....
I cant helo but think something big is coming. We are in the last quarter and not a single town hall has been scheduled. I usually hate the start of new quarter cause I know we will have 3 town halls to schedule around.
I know on fcm side we have been told that no new people will be moving to tele. They will be going straight to monitored status from now on.
Same. A member in HAH asked me three days if she was going to have me call her next year. She was not at home and she said she will save the letter and read it next time I call her next week. Will post what I find out.
