Our Managers were all in meeting the past two days the dialer stopped around 4 and I watched a lot of the jobs drop one by one no one knew why and the dialer team was offline I left at 5 so I don’t know what happened after that
Given it was the managers meeting this week, look for supervisors to be less communicative and more busy if they’re doing the evaluations, so the process may be starting.
