I was talking to an associate at my old store , that I wasn't that close with. She said they missed me in the back doing their assemblies, because they have had numerous grills come back that were falling apart. One customer literally brought back 2 that were falling apart. I feel better now I told the ASM that walked me out that this was going to happen. I guess Lowes must feel there is an unlimited number of repeat customers that they can alienate.
