News flash: Unions are for skilled labor.
Go ahead and strike and watch your location close or go to indirect. Its going to happen anyways.
Strike before your shift. 6AM-8AM for a week. Send out a press release to local news stations. Meet with your co-workers, decide on 1-3 demands that aren’t quota-centric. Let’s get out 8 hours of Personal Time back. Let’s say no to extended holiday hours. Let’s get CEI back. Just some ideas.
