Humana, the biggest violator of patient and employee rights is suing everyone! And everyone is suing them, including me. I find it hilarious that they are suing the d–g companies for price gouging while they are taking away peoples medications by making them unable to afford the more expensive brands. And the lawsuits made by employees against Humana at Home and Seniorbridge keep a coming. I am taking my list of at least 135 people who suffered because of Humanas failure to provide appropriate medications to members straight to the Feds! Please somebody...where is the popcorn for this sh.... fest?

Perhaps they should eliminate all the off shore people first
scoundrels all. Its difficult to gain access to humana lawsuit transcripts - unless you subscribe to a legal service like lexisnexis. You should be able to find data there. My research indicates that there have been a variety of whistleblower and fraudulent medicare billing suits filed against humana - dating back to 2009. Citing one recently unsealed billing fraud example entitled: " A South Florida doctor alleges that Louisville-based Humana Inc. knew for years about billing fraud that could harm patients but didn’t do anything to stop it....In the suit, Dr M Baez accuses the Louisville-based insurance giant (NYSE: HUM) plus his former business partner, Dr. Isaac Thompson, of pocketing cash in what the Center for Public Integrity calls a “billing fraud scheme that lasted years.”......His allegations center on a risk score for patients that is used to calculate Medicare Advantage reimbursement, paying more for sick patients than for people in good health. Baez said doctors “upcoded” — saying patients were sicker than they were — and that Humana let it happen........Aside from not returning the overpayments, Baez said, Humana actually encouraged billing for diagnoses with higher price tags. He said the company supplied doctors with forms that noted which diagnosis codes were “more profitable,” according to CPI." ..... this is just one example. you will need to subscribe to lexis in order to appropriately research
Where does one find information about all these lawsuits... is it in the news? I have heard of all you are talking about. I would like to read about it too. Thanks!
