have been in AT&T project for last 5yrs , As AT&T is rapidly implementing devops in their projects you will get to learn various tools/technologies like Jenkins,chef,karma,jasmine,sonar etc.
I was moved to Tech Mahindra and after 3.5 yrs at AT&Te I still don't make 50k, despite of shift allowance and when you will switch your job it won't be counted as part of your CTC, a really bad deal
I would advise you to join AT&T to learn the skills and serve your bond period and switch asap if you want to swell your package else you will end up getting under paid.
