But if you dramatically decrease your productivity and coast on the minimum amount of work, you can enjoy life while being paid and all the while increasing your odds of being targeted for a RIF!
Keep in mind if they do anything to change your job to try and get you to quit that can be considered 'constructive dismissal'. If you think they are doing this then you should seek legal advice.
