Managers at Aetna got the medical plan details yesterday Absolutely horrible. You have to meet the entire family deductible before they pay anything. And the whole family out of pocket max.
400 a month for mid Tier HSA with large deductible on top of that for 60k salary band

So far i got an extra week of PTO with the changes, so pretty happy. Wondering if bonus or equity will be impacted

Well I did get some postcard in the mail about it. Although it read like corporate propaganda, giving us some “highlights” of how great this will be, which pretty much tells me that total rewards 2020 is a fancy way of telling us “what rewards?” But rather than pass judgement, I’ll wait and give it the benefit of the doubt. Just want to see if you all here know anything more.
