They will be merging legacy technology for the next 2-3 years. BB&T had a 5 year technical deficit before the merger. They very infrequently reengineering processes when they implement technology because they are arrogant and think they have the best. Every project is green because they keep moving the original project completion date. They have trouble just doing technical upgrades and many of their ATM are running Windows 7 that is no longer supported. Kelly King is proud to say BB&T is cloud last. It's going to be interesting how far behind they will be in 3 years
