WTF was Verizon thinking changing how the bills looks for our customers? I have been here 10 years and I can't make any sense of them. The old look was simple and easy to understand, especially when it came to proration and device payment balances. Seems like once again we have id–ts running the show when it comes to decisions like this.

The next bill summery is awful! It’s worse than ATT bill now. Like what’s up with all the arrows. All the bill needs is charges and credits. Damn they could fit it all on one page but they can’t figure it out. The old way was still a lot easier then now.

I blame the marketing team. They get stuck on this big word look. Like the MORE is less posters. The bills changed to match this cosmetic look. This is so dumb.
