Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Customers Complaining

Andy had given us laptop, big screen monitor, branch remodel with private cabin, upgrades teller furniture etc.

But customers complaining what is the meaning of this remodel when there is no staff in your branch. All cabins are empty and one teller is helping the big line.

To STFU - Sometimes it is a matter of principle and ethics even if it costs a few bucks (maybe more) in the long run it is the right decision to not do business with a company that you have lost trust in that may seem dumb to you and that is perfectly ok to those who make those changes ( an right now is actually a good time to refinance) they can sleep at night knowing they are not supporting a business that does not value human interaction or all their customers not just the younger generation.

Customers are quite pi**ed off. Many close their accounts and moved to another financial institution. 2 of my family members are currently refinancing their mortgages and getting the hell away from USBank.
