They should join the rosters at the Locomotive shop and the yard. Be less confusion. Doesn't make any sense why they are separated to me.
Forgot to list the Carman are also building maintenance.
JlS is home to the office car special. Carman maintain those. Carman are painters, carpenters, airbrakeman, and inspectors.
11 carmen. I dont know of any carmen at the locomotive shop. Maybe that's what they call the painters or something, but they don't work on any cars over there.
Carman, at rose yard, southfork, and lewistown.

JLS is down to 44 carman at the shop.
So the altoona area has 55 Carman working.

2 Carman 4 Electrians and 2 Machinist in Kansas City today.
3 Carman chopped in Shire Oaks. Current manpower is now 10. For 3 shifts and a shop.
They drew first blood with management at JLS. Sent 1 packing so far. Can not imagine more are not to come.
At a 20% cut to craft today...they have to realize the already lopsided amount of management to craft has to be taken care of. That will help the bottom line...and morale.
