People wake up!!!Notice all the gripes on all the bank boards??? It’s indicative of a involving industry which is doing its best to rid itself of the human element. So you have a choice you can either die a slow death or evolve yourselves and start new careers in new industries. These are your only two choices.

@11Pwgdr8-1kot, 2 below, that’s a sad story. No job is worth your health. Of course we can’t know that the job was entirely responsible, but we do know stress k–ls.
An indication of an involving industry would be involving the human element in all aspects. Are you sure that you didn’t mean “evolving”?
Actually there was this Bank of America employee who told me he quit his job there because of being sick of having to work day AND NIGHT. He told me that he went to a different company to escape, last I saw him. A few years later I met someone who had worked with him at Bank of America and that person told me that man had a heart attack and died a few years earlier. He was quite young too.
Maybe mid 40's. People cannot be worked as if they are machines.
