What department are you referring to. Any talk about HAH telephonic? We received notice that we were okay right now but our numbers are low

It was 30 minutes. I was in a group of Case Managers that were told that we still have jobs. Although it’s not very reassuring when the manager keeps referring to getting us through to 2020. I have read many places that more layoffs are coming beginning Jan. 02, 2020. I believe Case Management is being outsourced & the rest of us will be told that we no longer have jobs as well.
My husband had a private conference call via mtg invite at 9 am on Tues morning. He noticed his colleague had a 2 pm. I told him he would be the one to go. He was. Then, in a separate company that I work for I was told via conf. Call that my job was ending by the 12/31. What ARE the odds???!?! Geesh. But economy is great.
I got my invite in January 2019. It caused me and my family a lot of stress initially but I am so glad Humana RIF'd me!!!
I am a much better job and I got my severance from Humana
What positions and areas are you guys in?
Wow. They are to lazy to send in a confidential invite. Good job Humana
It’s not necessarily confidential. Yesterday, I was let go on a Conference call with 50+ people on it and everyone of them were listed on the meeting invite. Might have been the most unprofessional interaction I have ever been a part of. The VP that announced that we were all losing our positions sounded like a bozo.
If it is a confidential invite then that usually means a layoff. If it’s just a general meeting invite you are OK
I have a 4 PM meeting today and I'm not feeling very good about it. Been with the company for 14 yrs and i have never been so stressed for a meeting.
I did, but it was to let us know that others were let go from the team :( I pray for the best for all of you. Just know that this job is not the END. There is life beyond ONE Company. Stay optimistic
Did you get one :(
