Did all sales reps receive an invite to the NSM?
They will take a page from the Pearson playbook. It's not even end of October....if cuts need to be made, most likely will happen in the next 2-3 weeks. They will lay off reps, specialists, managers, support, and training first. The remaining reps will get their new territories and book bag before the start of 2020. They will then get trained at the NSM on the new bookbag and off to accounts they are most likely not familiar with. They also will have to deal with back to school with business and customers they are not familiar with. Right now no one knows anything other than HR – get that resume updated and begin your job search cause no one is safe.
