Regardless if me, or my department, are affected, I would just like to know. I feel like these past 2 days have been torture, just simply because I don’t know what’s happening. Knowing my department, I feel they would drag it out to the very last day possible. Am I worrying for no reason?

People that weren’t informed on Monday May have been off, which is why they heard today

A 95% chance of not being on the list doesn't provide much comfort at a time like this, so that statement was unnecessary. Not to mention, people were notified today so the idea that everyone impacted knew Monday is just not true.
If you haven't heard yet, 95% chance that you are not on the list. People who are affected are communicated over email on Monday. I feel sorry for people who lose their job, especially during the holiday season. Humana don't care for their associates, if they do, they won't be doing it during holidays. Culture and all big talks of caring at Humana - is just talk. In reality, they don't care for their associates.
I am feeling the same way. Knowing that notifications are ongoing through Thursday is like dying a slow death. Hang in there. That’s all we can do.
