My group was small 4 people they let 2 of us go the ones with the highest seniority and highest pay. Humana is definitely not a place to work for spent my entire adult life dedicated to this company just to be spit out like yesterday garbage. And without any type of notice what so ever stay far away from this sh– company

BB makes over $16 million per year. How is that even a salary? No one is worth that much money and he's not the only one racking up the bucks. They nickel and dime us and then there's the lay offs. There's no loyalty to the employees and my insurance plan s—s big time. Good luck to all affected and I hope that something better comes your way. We've been told we're safe....for now in my dept.
Try giving Humana 23 years, highly engaged with team and performance. Decisions on who to RIF, in my opinion, are political and based on favortism. I do not miss Humana at all. Less stress, greater piece of mind. You are the winner.
That was sad. BB should have taken pay cut, but they won’t because they don’t care or treat their associates well. There are many incompetent and useless managers, directors and even VPs, who don’t know what they are doing, they should be fired first. Humana is no longer company of values.
