Three more associates are leaving my department in the coming weeks. That leaves me and the do nothing, know nothing supervisor.

OP here; I am looking to get out but my situation is different in that I need a PT job with health insurance. Most places don’t offer coverage or if they do it’s expensive.
You should have left too. Its that bad.
If I were you, I’d get out too. Then the supervisor can supervise himself or herself.
