I came onboard in 2009, when program called “ HUMANA cares”, we were care managers.
Told we would be their care manager for as long as had HUMANA.
Well that ended up being a lie! As were many other things.
I was in the lay-off in feb 2018, funny how my job was posted same day.
Talk about a slap in the face after 9 years of devotion.
Pathetic pay, never get a cost of living raise, annual raises were minimal if at all!
The expectations were unreasonable and that was “reasons “ for no raises.
Then they started yearly bonus where ya got 1000 at end of year and wow we were to be happy.
All while COO made millions even his bonus was millions.
Pathetic company and so glad and blessed I am gone.
