Working at Humana was stressful and I am glad finally it’s coming to an end. 60 day notice period with only 2 weeks severance per years of service.
At Humana if you are incompetent, slacker or non passionate about your work- you will be fine, as long as you’re a$$lickers of your immediate boss. Your immediate boss can decide your fate at Humana not your work. Humana is slowly turning into toxic workplace.
This is so so very true! Do a great job, but don’t kiss butt and you are out of there! Sad!
I’ve seen slackers “network” their way up while hard workers get pink slips or leave due to no upward mobility. The one really great thing, most people actually do much better in different organizations. When you’re really good, with no recognition for years you are accustomed to working hard without fanfare other companies see it, love it and reward you for it. If you’re laid off, it can be a good thing for moving up.
