Seriously do you understand how this works? Offshore is contracted and has so much more volatility... They are not FTE's
That's actually the point of offshore/contract...so they can layoff permanent employees. Offshore and contract are the most secure ar Humana because that's how business works.
Off shore are not employed by Humana, which is went they don’t get laid off
