They care nothing about their employees nor their customers!!! I get so frustrated as a customer trying to conduct business with them. They are making it more inconvenient for us, the customer. They are trying to lose touch with there customers, the personal touch. It’s nice to be able to deal with someone face to face. Also, with someone you’re familiar with. This bank doesn’t care to take jobs away from anyone! I am highly disappointed in them. Also, they are wanting to possibly get rid of the drive thru in Heber Springs. How inconvenient are they trying to make it!!!! Seriously I would like to move everything from this bank! Heartless toward customers and employees, all due to the dollar and making the higher ups richer!!! Very disappointed and would never suggest this bank to anyone now!

Well, this is a layoff and employment related website. Maybe you should keep your compliant on website like Yelp and google instead? I just dont like people posting things that are off topic here.
