IF they hire you at a level 4, The company changed the names of SSM's a few years ago to ABM and it wasn't a big thing with national articles, Why would they announce cuts and have a call if everyone was just getting rehired with a new title? I wonder if the 1000 spots will even get filled or if they will freeze them, Seems like HR is just trying to keep morale up or hire some at lower pay so they get no severance. Go somewhere where you are valued and not endlessly chasing a carrot that doesn't exist.
