Some of it depends on existing laws (for instance, the layoff I got bit with required them to pay me 2 weeks' severance, and I was fairly low-level.)
Fiserv will, if you are high enough up the food chain, also offer additional severance pay if you sign a gag order/NDA with them.
Minimums for severance vary by level: associate/manager, director, VP and above. People who were let go had to sign papers agreeing not to disclose terms.
