Can confirm this is true. I work for them. There are people who have been with our IT team for 10+ years who will be laid off by the end of this year. To add insult to injury, it should be noted that this is the team that has facilitated the transition of 50,000+ employees to work from home. This is the staff who provisioned your machines with the technologies such as VPN and Virtual Desktop infrastructure that make working from home possible and patiently explained this to you one-on-one while call waiting times peaked at 4 hours. Tier 1 and Tier 2 are both being outsourced, as far as I know, which means job losses in both Minneapolis and Portland. If anyone is aware of other departments being cut, please mention them below.

NTT Data, OMG... They are barely surviving - they are principally consisting of the old Dell Services (formerly Perot Systems). It has gone nowhere in the three or so years since it acquired Dell services and is run by 'has beens' from Fujitsu and Dell - cannot believe you guys went with them... Also, they are at AIG and AIG has a lively obard here - you can ask them how is NTT Data doing for them. Good luck peeps!

This company is no longer what it use to be. They say "Put People First". Yet they do this and returned 78% of 3Q earnings to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks. This was after another record breaking quarter.
If you still work here, plan your exit. They don't care about people anymore.

US Bank is not unethical. I agree. However, it is INCONSISTENT. It is the most inconsistent bank for applying employment criteria. While hard working IT professionals are let go by the bulk with no alternative to stay and develop, higher paid, yet incompetent IT SVPs such a–. Levang from QA and others remain and will collect their fat bonus next spring. That is inconsistent and hypocritical from a company that self-praises as seeking for its people. Never work for this bank,
