Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The size of Wells is what's kept it going, not good management

During the layoffs last year Wells let go some critical teams and injected risk into some places that did not usually have risk.
Shareholder supremacy forces companies to make short term decisions to make their quarterly numbers and there's almost always some negative fallout.
The size of Wells is what's kept it going, not good management.
I hope there are no more layoffs, I want everyone in America working and paying taxes and taking care of themselves and their families, so let's hope if there are layoffs, they're minimal, and they don't make our jobs worse for those staying on.

In the last part of the post @11DBlOJC-zzq is a little too optimistic, if you ask me, other than that, he/she is 100% right.

Don' be fooled by all the company stating " We are doing good things to gain our Customers trust". Internally employees are seeing massive lay-off and lives are be impacted as Wells Fargo is laying off 10"s of thousands of Jobs and in the future it does not seem to be slowing down. In 2020 expect more massive lay-offs. Oh, be sure it will be for "efficiency and effectiveness" as they tell you. Wells Fargo is a bleeding company and they just don't know how to stop it. Except continue to make the same Old School decisions they have always made... How sad such a giant of a company once, has fallen to its knees and at the expense of it's employees.
